另附:法定产假期限
女职工的产假不得少于九十天。其中产前休假十五天。难产的，增加产假十五天;多胞胎生育的，每多生育一个婴儿，增加产假假十五天。
怀孕三个月以内流产的女职工，根据医疗单位的证明，给予二十至三十天的产假;三个月以上七个月以下的，产假四十二天;七个月以上的，产假九十天。
产假期满恢复工作时，允许有一至二周的时间逐步恢复原定额的工作量。
